Responsibilities :
- Execute all HR strategies and end-to-end HR processes and functions.
- Manage payroll administration for all employee levels.
- Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Operate HRIS systems and related applications such as SIPP and EDabu.
- Support various other HR functions as required by the company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Economics, or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR Staff in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, executing all HR strategies and end-to-end HR processes and functions.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Familiarity with SIPP and EDabu applications.
- Accustomed to managing payroll for all employee levels.
- Familiar with industrial relations.
- Understanding and familiarity with labor regulations.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HRIS System).
- Willing to be placed in Sepatan, Tangerang
