– Identify and target potential clients (B2B/B2C).
– Initiate contact, conduct product/service presentations.
– Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
– Recommend product or service improvements and innovations.
– Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
– Handle client needs, provide after-sales support, upselling and cross-selling.
– Develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
– Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
– Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
