Supervisor Engineering

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/plant maintenance (preferably in manufacturing/plastic recycling).
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Disciplined, with integrity, and willing to work with targets and on shift schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the engineering team.
• Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and provide repair solutions.
• Monitor the availability of spare parts and work equipment.
• Coordinate with Production and QA/QC departments.
• Prepare maintenance and downtime reports.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and support the development of technician teams.
